No, I haven't heard of that before. The first thing I'd check is that
the Gedcom file has a ".ged" file extension. Perhaps the other
programs don't know what to do with a file without a file extension.
If it does have that extension, try changing it to ".txt" to see if
that makes any difference. Gedcom files are plain-text files, so it
really shouldn't matter what extension it has.
Beyond that, I'm not sure what else can be done.If you continue to experience problems, you could try contacting
either Sierra Software for support (Sierra originally purchased
Reunion for Windows from us)...
